Circuit Clinical Solutions Inc. [“Circuit Clinical”] and Lightship Inc. [“Lightship”] Mutually Agree to Terminate Merger Agreement
Buffalo, NY & Morrisville, NC — July 8, 2025 — Circuit Clinical and Lightship today announced that they have mutually decided to terminate the previously announced merger agreement between the two companies. This decision was reached following careful consideration of recent developments and a thorough review of strategic priorities.
While both organizations entered the agreement with a shared vision for future growth and innovation, changes in market dynamics and evolving business needs have led to the conclusion that continuing independently is in the best interest of their respective stakeholders.
